Personal Reflection
Puente Valuarte Construction in Durango, Mexico (2012)
I am thoroughly convinced that Texas A&M University, via the Educational Human Resources Development program, provided me with a solid academic foundation, empirical experiences, and access to a human network that will help me to answer questions about how to successfully bridge different tools and strategies for human development in unique contexts.
Just recently, I attended the AHRD Conference in Arlington, Virginia where I had the opportunity to have access to the latest research in HRD. Additionally, faculty and leading practitioners shared ideas about the current needs in the field. Please see appendix to access personal conference reflection.
