Philosophy
The definition of Human Resource Development (HRD) from a national development context clamors for a humanistic approach where strategies to improve organizations, communities, or nations are anchored on the need to provide individuals with opportunities for human development. I believe in utilizing HRD as a bridge between social, humanistic, and technical domains in the pursue of human development. HRD provides a common ground for collaboration among disciplines in the form of tools and practices for the creation, management, and sustainability of human development. I believe in applying HRD concepts and practices from a platform or area of expertise in STEM in order to develop solutions for specific contexts.
